Fund.me CEO Manly Danh participates in panel discussion on new financing models disrupting real estate

Fund.me's CEO talks disruptive financing innovation with executives from across the real estate industry.

NASSAU, Bahamas, March 22, 2022 – Fund.me, a real estate funding company empowering real estate entrepreneurs through increased access to equity capital, announced that its CEO, Manly Danh, participated in a panel discussion on new financing models disrupting real estate at the TheRealDeal: Future City 2022 conference in the Bahamas earlier this week. The panel was titled “Financing 2.0: The FinTech Innovations Challenging Traditional Financing Mechanisms.”

“Real estate historically has been an opaque asset class filled with gatekeeping, barriers to entry, and a country club mentality that makes it difficult for new entrepreneurs to thrive and existing ones to grow,” said Danh. “The joint venture model our platform is built on leverages equity capital to go beyond the limitations of private debt financing and increase access to opportunities these driven individuals, investors, and contractors would otherwise be priced out of.”

Fund.me, previously operating primarily in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, has recently expanded its product to south Florida with an office in Miami, with several projects already under contract via the aforementioned JV model.
