No need to negotiate with banks or lenders - will arrange the capital you need to execute the deal.

Step 3

You monitor and manage project progress.

Leverage our centralized platform to track project status, communicate with project stakeholders, and receive support from a dedicated agent whose goal is to help you bring your project to completion.

Step 4

We help you exit, via sale or a cash-out refinance.

Once your project is complete, we'll be there to help you sell or refinance your property. Those proceeds will then be split according to a profit sharing agreement signed at the start of the project.
